Blog, podcast, vodcast and Wiki copyright guide for Australia

This guide was developed by the Law Research Program of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation (CCI) to examine and explain copyright issues which impact upon creators and users of blogs, podcasts, vodcasts and wikis in the Australian legal environment. In doing so it provides practical examples of how these issues may arise and be resolved. The Guide is a step towards:

  • ensuring that creators and users of these platforms are fully informed about these issues; and
  • providing strategies for creators and users to prevent or minimise the legal risks created by these issues
