PHAIWA Advocacy Short Course (12-16 March 2018)
Who should attend?
The course is designed for practitioners, researchers and policy actors who do not have an existing specialism in the advocacy field but may have a responsibility or interest in the integration of advocacy into planning, projects and policy.
What will you get out of the course?
This five day skills based and interactive course will enable participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of advocacy concepts, frameworks and core skills, how advocacy can value add and a systematic process of planning advocacy. Participants will work in small groups to develop an advocacy plan relevant to their objectives.
