Dr. Yamina Saheb is a senior energy policy analyst at OpenExp in Paris. Prior to that she was Policy and Scientific Officer at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission (EC) and for two years a senior energy efficiency policy analyst at the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Her work is dedicated to analyses of energy policies with a special focus on energy efficiency.

Yamina holds a Ph.D in Energy Engineering, Master’s degrees on Landscape Architecture and Development Economics and an Engineering degree in Building technologies.
