Two arguments against choice in workplace arrangements

Description

A key selling point of the Howard government’s workplace reforms is the extension of choice. However, choice is not an unmitigated good and it is not patronising to say so. The government should recognise this is true even in workplace agreements, writes Raymond da Silva Rosa.
