The Australia and New Zealand School of Government

The Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) was established in 2002 as a unique initiative of governments, universities and business schools. Australian and New Zealand governments recognised the need for a world-class centre to provide tailored learning opportunities for future public sector leaders. ANZSOG’s ultimate purpose is to achieve better outcomes for society by enhancing the public sector’s capacity for good public policy and effective administration. In doing so, the School plays a key role in promoting public service as a profession of great social value.

Since 2015 ANZSOG has supported Policy Online to collect material for the New Zealand Governance & Policy Collection and since July 2016, ANZSOG is additionally supporting the Public Administration & Governance Collection on APO as part of the APO ARC Linked Data II Project.
