Beatrice Heuser holds the Chair in International Relations at the University of Reading. She has degrees from the Universities of London (BA, MA) and Oxford (PhD), and a Habilitation from the University of Marburg. She has taught at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, at four French universities/higher War, Strategy and History 304 education institutions, at two German universities, and has briefly worked at NATO headquarters. Her publications include The Evolution of Strategy (2010), Reading Clausewitz (2002), and many works on nuclear strategy, NATO, and transatlantic relations.
