Global perspectives on the U.S. Presidential election (video)

In this video Columbia Global Centers at the University of Columbia brings together eight veteran journalists from around the world to provide a view of how people in eight critical cultural and geopolitical regions view the 2016  presidential election, and what the possible outcomes of the election might mean for the world.

Chaired by Professor Safwan Masri, executive vice president for Global Centers and Global Development, Columbia University, the speakers include Agence France Press' White House Correspondent Jérôme Cartillier, China Daily correspondent Weihua Chen, The New York Times' editorial board member Vikas Bajaj, and Al Jazeera Plus correspondent Ahmed Shihab-Eldin.
