Strengthen your ability as a leader to diagnose your organisation’s health and performance, and to shape cultural change – in a one day workshop presented by international organisational development specialist, Robin Ryde.

Bringing about change that sticks is a great challenge for many public sector leaders. This workshop is for experienced leaders who want to deepen their understanding of organisational leadership and enhance their ability to lead and influence change.

You will strengthen your skills to articulate a strategy for change, and to hold the right kind of conversations about the change work required. Your heightened awareness of how organisational culture is shaped will help you meet the strategic challenges you face. You will also develop stronger self-awareness of your leadership style and how it is perceived in your organisation.
