Applying an organisational development approach to leading
This two-day workshop is ideal for emerging leaders who want to advance their careers and are keen to understand what they will need to do and how they will need to think, when they take on senior leadership roles. New and emerging leaders who want to work more effectively with their team will understand how to impact and influence team activity and morale.
You will develop the diagnostic skills to help you understand organisational health and the variables that impact on workplace culture, as well as the contribution and impact of your own personal leadership style on your team.
