The successful applicant will be a true human resource generalist able to take responsibility for the management of a full range of human resource functions including strategic planning, recruitment, training & development, industrial relations, occupational health & safety, enterprise bargaining and policy development & implementation.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and significant experience in human resource management are essential and selection will be based on the applicant's experience, proven ability, knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the position.
