Consumer Dementia Research Network

06 July 2010Alzheimer’s Australia is looking for individuals with dementia and family carers who are interested in being actively involved in all stages of dementia research as part of the Consumer Dementia Research Network.  Members of the network will be involved in setting funding priorities, monitoring projects and communicating findings. The network will meet face-to-face at least once a year and have regular communication through email and teleconferences. Members will provide their perspective on what matters to consumers and are not expected to be experts in research. Default Superannuation Funds in Modern Awards: new inquiry

The Productivity Commission has been asked to report within 8 months on Default Superannuation Funds in Modern Awards. The inquiry covers the design of criteria for the selection and ongoing assessment of superannuation funds for nomination as default funds in modern awards.
