E-learning for the mature age worker

28 February 2008This study aimed to provide a portrait of the current situation in Australia in the
role and use of e-learning in training for mature age workers, and to identify good practice.
To achieve this objective, the study involved three parts: a literature review; consultations in all
states and territories; and the conduct of four case studies. The study was designed to lead to the
development of guidelines for good practice in harnessing e-learning for mature age workers.
