The effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of homelessness prevention and assistance programs

26 September 2006This positioning paper describes the research design for a study on the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of homelessness prevention and support programs operating in Western Australia. It also provides the reader with a brief review of the relevant literature and of the policy context which informs the study. The Final Report will present the findings of the research and outline the policy implications which flow from those findings.
