Evaluation of the Integrated Services Project for Clients with Challenging Behaviour: Final report

11 June 2010The Social Policy Research Centre (SPRC) was commissioned by Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), Department of Human Services NSW to conduct an evaluation of the Integrated Services Project for Clients with Challenging Behaviour (ISP). The final evaluation report is now available. The evaluation assessed the outcomes of the Project for clients, the effectiveness of the Project’s support processes and governance structures, and examines how the ISP might inform improvements to the broader service system.

On 18 November 2011, Parliamentary Secretary for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, Senator the Hon Kate Lundy, announced the establishment of an independent panel of eminent community leaders to conduct an inquiry into Australian Government services to ensure they are responsive to the needs of Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
