PDFFYI: the new politics of personal information

12 December 2007This report is intended to push the debate on personal information beyond the legal and technical language associated with data protection and identity management. The debate must move towards something that people ? through day-to-day experiences in their own lives ? have a stake in. New trends of communication, customer services, personalisation, and issues of social inclusion and privacy
are helping to create a new framework for the discussion of personal information.

Women's Health Victoria (WHV) is a statewide women's health promotion, information and advocacy organisation, working with policy makers and health professionals to influence and inform health policy and service delivery.

The online survey is open to anyone who has used WHV's services, resources, or websites in the past 12 months. It covers: WHV publications, professional training, The Index database of gendered statistics, WHV Clearinghouse, BreaCan Service (supporting people diagnosed with breast or gynaecological cancer), capacity building, member services, and more.
