| The implications of poverty on child readiness to learn |
10 July 2009The project title 'child readiness to learn' refers to the ability of children to develop and learn at each stage of life, from conception onwards.
Through a staged collaborative process, the project aims to identify the points of intervention where most benefit will be achieved in reducing the impact of poverty on children’s ability to learn.
ARACY has released this report to guide discussion and decision making on opportunities for intervention. The report will form the basis of national consultations with practitioners and experts from around Australia.
