National arts and disability strategy: discussion paper

10 October 2008A discussion paper on developing a National Arts and Disability Strategy asks how can we best give people with a disability a voice in the development of arts policy and practices and focusses on the barriers to participation and engagment with the arts in Australia.

This Discussion Paper is relevant to any individual or organization interested in the areas of arts, health (including mental health), disability and community services, ageing, education, employment, Indigenous affairs and infrastructure. A discussion paper on developing a National Arts and Disability Strategy was released by Cultural Ministers Council.
