Pool user research

17 August 2009Pool is a collaborative space created by the ABC where audiences can share and talk about creative work - music, photos, videos, documentaries, interviews, animations and more. The site is being redesigned by ACID and RMIT University. This report looks at:

  • what Pool is from the perspective of its users and stakeholders'
  • the motivations and goals of Pool’s community
  • our recommendations to help the Pool community expand and thrive
  • what we will deliver in the next stage of the project
  • possible future directions for Pool

Women's Health Victoria (WHV) is a statewide women's health promotion, information and advocacy organisation, working with policy makers and health professionals to influence and inform health policy and service delivery.

The online survey is open to anyone who has used WHV's services, resources, or websites in the past 12 months. It covers: WHV publications, professional training, The Index database of gendered statistics, WHV Clearinghouse, BreaCan Service (supporting people diagnosed with breast or gynaecological cancer), capacity building, member services, and more.
