| HTML | The Queensland Drug Court: a recidivism study of the first 100 graduates |
07 April 2008This paper considers the Queensland Drug court's attempt to reduce reoffending by drug-dependent offenders with a long history of criminal offending and heavy drug use. The study found that successful graduates consistently report a decline in their criminal activity and lower rates of recidivism than those who dropped out of the program or were sent to prison.
