Strategy

As opposed to a formal policy, strategies are resources that contain strategic plans, recommendations or reviews of issues, subjects or areas in need of further discussion. Strategies can be presented as a broad assessment of issues with recommendations, ambitious future plans or visions, directions for policy improvement and/or better governance, and often contain high-level direction. Strategies are intended to guide reform or advance relationships, and can contain long-term future visions, provide analysis of subjects, and subsequently present key insights for policy makers, investors, and government.
