Assistant Project Officer with the Regulatory Initiatives team at the Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRAR).

Temporary full time, various NSW locations available (regional encouraged) offering salary relative to experience, ranges from $93,295 - $102,941 + super.

Join the NRAR within the Department of Planning and Environment as an Assistant Project Officer and support the Regulatory Initiatives team in its mission to make compliance with the water laws a shared responsibility.

Provide project and administrative support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.

The role will also assist the Regulatory Initiatives team to complete tasks and implement project plans, including collating documents and records regarding relevant issues to ensure projects comply with agreed project methodologies and that agreed outcomes are achieved.

Essential requirements:

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive to remote locations
  • Ability to utilise technological devices and various software systems
