Women taking action: making a difference in regional and rural communities

15 Jun 2001
Description

This book of case studies pays tribute to rural and regional women taking action in their communities and across the wider society. The studies demonstrate how individual women are managing change, and building and using their networks to make a difference. These shared experiences are inspirational. I envisage that many Australians, male and female, can learn from the challenges successfully met by these women making a difference in regional and rural communities.
