%X The Evaluation of the Vanuatu Correctional Services Project was commissioned by the three key partners involved in the Project: the Government of Vanuatu (VanGov), the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affaires and Trade (MFAT) (NZAID Programme), and the Department of Corrections (NZ). The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which achievement reached expectations, and to inform future implementation to maximise development outcomes.
