Paper presents and overview of the Barwon South West Regional Strategic Plan 2012-2015. The plan explored the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities that affect the entire Barwon South West Region. It also identifies the common goals and objectives of the G21 AND gREAT South Coast sub-regional plans.
