Dejan’s research focuses on the development of appropriate techniques necessary for evaluating built environment issues holistically. This involves the development and application of modelling and simulation techniques, monitoring, the use of existing data sources, and the development and testing of non-standard methodologies to investigate different hypotheses. He is currently leading a group of 11 Research Associates and doctoral students. Dejan's research group's main scientific contribution centers on three main areas, namely:
