Description
The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has released this discussion document seeking feedback on what requirements there should be on New Zealand companies and limited partnerships to hold and disclose information about their beneficial owners.
Beneficial owners are individuals who ultimately own or exercise effective control over a corporate entity, such as a company.
The deadline for submissions on the discussion document is 5pm, 3 August 2018.
