Description

Brian Fabo is an EDUWORKS fellow at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. Brian's research focuses on skills supply and demand and the use of web data in social science research. Besides his involvement in EDUWORKS, he is completing his external PhD. with a focus in econometrics at the CentER institute of the Tilburg University, the Netherlands.

Before joining EDUWORKS, Brian worked as a researcher in the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, Belgium, and in the Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI) in Bratislava, Slovakia. He still cooperates with these institutions, as well as with the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Labour Studies (AIAS) at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), which he occasionally joins as a visiting researcher. In addition to research, Brian enjoys teaching Python coding and general data crunching classes.
