The LSF dashboard is an analytical tool that provides insights into key aspects of current and future wellbeing​. We’ve published it on our website for public transparency and interest.

The dashboard has been developed to help improve the Treasury's advice to Ministers. It uses a wide range of OECD data 'the OECD Survey' to provide international comparisons. For each relevant indicator, the Dashboard’s background material will specify the specific OECD source.

As we develop updated versions of the dashboard, we will look to work with Statistics New Zealand and other agencies to address any significant gaps in the indicators.  We are already aware of gaps in the data available, particularly for Te Ao Māori, children, and culture and identity.
