Description
Not all young people have the basic digital skills needed to prosper in our online world. This report explores the issues of digital exclusion amongst vulnerable young people.
The #NotWithoutMe programme challenges the assumption that young people are ‘digital natives’ and have basic digital skills or access to learning opportunities. The report’s main findings are drawn from four, year-long pilot projects run across the UK (two based in England, one in Scotland and one in Northern Ireland). The report provides a range of recommendations to help further develop innovative practice and policy interventions in this area.
