%X This report argues for a new National Disability Agreement (NDA) between the Australian, State and Territory Governments, to facilitate cooperation, enhance accountability and clarify roles and responsibilities. The report makes a number of recommendations for a new NDA that has at its core the wellbeing and needs of all people with disability and their families and carers.
