AB  - This report presents the findings of an investigation into the management of young people at Brisbane Youth Detention Centre (BYDC) between November 2016 and February 2017. The investigation examined a number of incidents at BYDC during this timeframe, culminating in a violent and destructive riot at the centre on 30 January 2017.
