A 2013 update of the Guide is now available. The Guide aims to cut through the technical and political debate surrounding the establishment of the National Broadband Network (NBN) by providing accessible, jargon-free information about what the NBN will mean for Australians. Consumers can view a Quick Guide or a more detailed version on the ACCAN website. The Guide contains information which will be subject to change. It has been compiled using information publicly available at the time of writing through NBN Co, government agencies, industry forums and standards bodies. Make sure you check with your service provider for current information when making decisions about phone or broadband services. NBN: Guide for Consumers is available online, and is fully accessible with web, print, audio and Auslan versions.
