This report to the Department of Climate Change, and the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts investigates the possible future impacts of climate change on Australia's National Reserve System (NRS), and the consequences of these impacts for the development and management of the reserve system. It discusses key implications for conservation policy, management of protected areas and the strategic framework used to develop the NRS.
