Description
This paper explores the concept of community resilience and outlines some of the recent frameworks and tools that have been developed to understand and measure it.
It is likely to be most useful to service providers, practitioners and policy-makers engaged with regional and rural communities that are vulnerable to, or working to recover from the effects of, natural disasters such as floods, storms or bushfires.
