AB  - One effective way of assisting students who need extra help to maximise their learning outcomes is for teachers and other adults to work with students one-to-one or in small groups in a tutoring, coaching or mentoring role. These guidelines can assist in the development of effective relationships to maximise learning and clarify the boundaries of these relationships to ensure the safety of students.
