AB  - Making the Connections is the result of the Social Inclusion Board’s investigation into the causes of low school retention rates and our response as Government to the Board’s work. It considers ways young people and their families, schools, government agencies and communities can work together on the issues that cause many young people to become disconnected from education and from the pathway forward.
The major actions in Making the Connections are:
developing a more relevant and flexible education system;
providing opportunities for locally based initiatives;
