%X This project compares the house price profiles before and after the introduction of neighbourhood renewal programs to consider their impact on perceived amenity (as proxied by house prices).
 
Australian State Housing Authorities have used urban renewal programs to improve housing stocks and strengthen service delivery within poor communities with concentrations of social housing. The programs aim to improve social and economic outcomes in these communities.
