Description
This report looks at the challenges and opportunities facing the returning diaspora of Kiwis who have come home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It considers how Aotearoa New Zealand can strengthen connections with the large diaspora, remove barriers to their return, and prepare cities and towns for the demographic trends of the post-pandemic future.
