Description
The Australian government is seeking views on the development of the National Energy Performance Strategy.
The feedback will help shape the strategy to ensure an economy-wide approach to improving energy performance. Improving energy performance can deliver social, economic, health and environmental benefits for Australian households, businesses and industry.
The strategy will aim to deliver a national plan for demand-side action, accelerating the improvement of energy performance across the economy - lowering costs for households, businesses, and industry; while reducing pressure on the energy system and helping Australia meet our emission reduction goals.
