AB  - This report uses detailed analysis of the National Aged Care Workforce Census and Survey, 2012, to identify the incidence and causes of work-related injuries/illnesses for Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and Community Care Workers (CCWs). The analysis is used to provide Work Health and Safety benchmarks for PCAs and CCWs. The Work Health and Safety benchmarks are examined by form of employment (casual and permanent), type of organisation (not for profit (NFP), government and for profit) and tenure (less than one year, one year or more) to account for different work conditions.
