Purchase a banner ad

Step 1. Prepare a banner creative and a link.

  • Creative: 600 wide x 150 high (pixels, px) in JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG format. 
  • Link: Provide a link to your landing page (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 2. Select one of these options to purchase and pay by PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.

Step 3. As soon as you receive your order confirmation email your banner is ready to upload. Go to your My APO dashboard and click on the link under DRAFT BANNERS to access the upload form. Upload your creative and link.   

Step 4. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save. You’re finished! 

Step 5. Once uploaded, your banner ad will be scheduled. If you have a preferred date please enter this on the purchase page. The top ad placement is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Banner scheduling and placement will be subject to availability. You will be contacted vial email to confirm scheduling. Your patience is appreciated (this will take up to 1-2 working days).

Purchase a classified (events, courses and jobs)

Step 1. Log in and you’ll be taken to your My APO dashboard (top menu). If you don't have a My APO account you'll need to sign up first.

Step 2. Select purchase a classified and pay by PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.

Step 3. As soon as you receive your order confirmation email, your classified is ready to upload. Go to your My APO dashboard and click on the link under MY DRAFT CLASSIFIEDS to access the upload form. Fill in the fields and include an image and a link (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 4. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save. You’re finished! 

Your classified will be moderated by APO. You will receive an email confirming when it is published on the website. Your patience is appreciated (moderation takes up to 1-2 working days). 

Submit a call or notice

Step 1. Log in and you’ll be taken to your My APO dashboard (top menu). If you don't have a My APO account you'll need to sign up first.

Step 2. Under MY DRAFT CLASSIFIEDS, select Submit call or notice. You will be taken to an upload form. Fill in the fields and include an image and a link (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 3. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save. You’re finished!
