Book a banner ad

Step 1. Prepare a banner creative and a link.

  • Creative: 600 wide x 150 high (pixels, px) in JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG format. 
  • Link: Provide a link to your landing page (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 2. Email advertise@apo.org.au your creative and link.

Step 3. We will schedule your banner in a newsletter. If you have a preferred newsletter or date, let us know when booking. We will endeavour to place your banner as requested, subject to availability. We can schedule up to two banners per newsletter – the top ad placement is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Step 4. After booking we will email you an invoice. Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice and can be made by PayPal, or Debit or Credit Card.

Purchase a classified (events, courses and jobs)

Step 1. Log in and you’ll be taken to your My APO dashboard (top menu). If you don't have a My APO account you'll need to sign up first.

Step 2. Select Purchase a classified and pay by PayPal, or Debit or Credit Card. Please purchase one at a time. If you want to purchase more than one classified contact advertise@apo.org.au.

Step 3. As soon as you receive an order confirmation email then your classified is ready to upload. Go to your My APO dashboard and under MY DRAFT CLASSIFIEDS click on yours to access the upload form. Fill in the fields and include an image and a link (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 4. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save. You’re finished! 

Your classified will be moderated by APO. You will receive an email confirming when it is published on the website. Please be patient (moderation takes 1-2 working days). 

Submit a call or notice

Step 1. Log in and you’ll be taken to your My APO dashboard (top menu). If you don't have a My APO account you'll need to sign up first.

Step 2. Under MY DRAFT CLASSIFIEDS, select Submit call or notice. You will be taken to an upload form. Fill in the fields and include an image and a link (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 3. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save. You’re finished!
