Frans Coenen

Frans H.J.M. Coenen holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Environ­mental Policy Planning. He is involved in social science sustainable development research since more than 30 years. He is currently senior researcher within CSTM – the Department of Governance and Technology for Sustainability at the University of Twente, within the faculty of BMS – the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social sciences of the University of Twente  which he joined in 1987.
