Ilyssa Meyer

Ilyssa Meyer is a public policy analyst at Etsy, where she focuses on the challenges that creative entrepreneurs face when starting and running a micro-business. Ilyssa researches and analyzes policy solutions that make it easier for micro-entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses on their own terms. Prior to joining Etsy’s Advocacy team, Ilyssa was a policy and research analyst at a top ranked government relations firm in New York, where she helped a diverse set of clients navigate regulatory and legislative challenges. Ilyssa holds a BA from Oberlin College, and an MPA from New York University, where she specialized in the intersections of business and government.
