This paper describes an open-source software tool for identifying employment clusters, available through the Australian Urban Research Infrastructure Network.

The paper builds on previous literature research presented at SOAC 2011. This second and (abridged) final part produces the findings from the original scoping paper that sets out to examine possible barriers to accessing healthy food in metropolitan Melbourne.

This paper considers the relationship between Victorian Government activity centre (AC) policies between 2001 and 2011, and employment clusters that have formed in the same period.
