The majority of Australians believe that a person should be free to end their life, with assistance, in the appropriate circumstances. Nationally consistent laws that permit voluntary assisted dying while protecting medical practitioners and loved ones should be established. 

The Australian Sex Party will advocate for nationally consistent laws permitting voluntary assisted dying in all states and territories.
