Advertising steps

Purchase a banner ad

Step 1. Prepare a banner creative and a link.

  • Creative: 600 x 150 pixels in JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG format. 
  • Link: Provide a link to your landing page (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 2.  Purchase a banner.

You will need to make sure you are logged in. You can also purchase advertising from your My APO dashboard.

Step 3. Upload your banner.

As soon as you receive your order confirmation your banner is ready to upload.
Go to your MyAPO dashboard and click DRAFT BANNERS. Upload your creative and link.   

Step 4. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to Save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the Ready to publish checkbox (bottom of the form) and click Save.

Once uploaded, your banner ad will be scheduled. If you have a preferred date please enter this on the purchase page. Ad placement is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Banner scheduling and placement will be subject to availability. You will be contacted via email to confirm scheduling. Your patience is appreciated (this will take up to 1-2 working days).

Purchase a classified (events, courses and jobs)

Step 1. Purchase a classified.

Make sure you are logged in. You can purchase a classified using this link or from your My APO dashboard (under Purchase Advertising on the lefthand side menu).

Step 2.  Upload your classified.

As soon as you receive your order confirmation, your classified is ready to upload. Go to your MyAPO dashboard and click on the link under MY DRAFT CLASSIFIEDS to access the upload form. Fill in the fields and include an image and a link (you may wish to provide a UTM code to track clicks).

Step 3. Save or submit for publication.

  • Not ready to publish? You have the option to save as a draft (make sure you don’t tick the Ready to publish checkbox).
  • Ready to publish? Tick the checkbox and click Save. 

Your classified will be moderated by APO. You will receive an email confirming when it is published. Your patience is appreciated (moderation takes up to 1-2 working days).

Classifieds will appear once in each APO weekly newsletter. If you have a scheduling preference or would like to purchase additional listings please contact [email protected].

Submit a call or notice

Please note: Calls & notices for research participants, inquiry submissions, conference and journal papers, or Expressions of Interest are free. Free events (e.g. lectures, webinars) and courses (e.g. workshops) require a purchased classified.

Step 1. Submit your call or notice.
