Queensland’s public sector workforce serves their community in many ways, across many locations.

This strategy builds on the sector’s strengths and establishes greater connectivity across transformational bodies of work for the public sector.

Grounded in openness, accountability and clarity of purpose, this strategy aims to:

• foster a deeper sense of integrity at all levels
• lay the foundations for robust and contemporary fit for purpose systems that are future focused
• continue to build public trust in Queensland’s public administration.
