'Crossover Children' are young people (14-17 years) who cross from state care and protection to serious and recidivist offending. The report reviews the research and statistics both past and present, both nationally and internationally related to this population.

'Creating Futures' is an intensive support service for young people leaving custody or otherwise involved in the criminal justice system on bail, community orders or court diversion. Weave invited independent researchers to evaluate Creating Futures over a three-year period beginning in 2017. This report outlines the findings.
