Wāhine Māori: keeping safe in unsafe relationships
The primary objective of this research was to understand better the realities of wāhine (women) Māori living with partner violence, from their perspective. More specifically, the authors wanted to know how they kept safe and protect their tamariki (Maori children) when living in unsafe relationships and environments, with often limited resources and help.

Family violence prevention legal services national evaluation report
This evaluation assessed the impact of the Family Violence Prevention Legal Services program. It identified several factors which may reduce the risk of violence and promote improved outcomes, and made 36 recommendations for improving the operation of the program.
