Transition to adulthood for individuals with complex communication needs: a scoping review

A scoping review that examines and consolidates available evidence on the transition to adulthood occupations for youth with complex communication needs and those who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). It finds factors enabling successful transition include organisational support, transition-focused programs and social support networks.
